RoundKeeper Terms of Use

RoundKeeper is a free meeting-facilitation tool provided by Power of Listening, Inc. You may use it to maintain a participation checklist during meetings.
Responsible use
Use display names and meeting information respectfully and in accordance with your meeting’s rules, applicable law, and Zoom’s terms. RoundKeeper should not be used to evaluate employment, education, healthcare, credit, housing, or other high-impact decisions.
No professional or emergency service
RoundKeeper is an administrative checklist. It is not counseling, healthcare, emergency response, or crisis support.
Availability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. Zoom controls the availability and behavior of the Zoom Apps SDK. Power of Listening, Inc. may update or discontinue the app.
Donations
Use of RoundKeeper is not conditioned on a donation. Any donation link opens a separate Power of Listening website and is not processed inside the Zoom app.
